Shipping

We ship orders less than 2 kg in weight by Royal Mail. You select the service you prefer when you checkout and the cost is calculated by the system depending on weight. You will be told the cost before you confirm the order and can go back and select a different shipping method or cancel the order completely (please note that we can only send items 2nd Class if they are below 0.9 kg).

The table below gives you an idea of our shipping methods and costs. Please note that this table is for guidance only. The actual shipping value will be calculated during checkout. These prices are based upon Royal Mail's new pricing introduced 7 Apr 08.

Orders between 2 kg and 9.5 kg can be sent by courier within the UK for a fixed price of £15. For orders above 9.5kg net please contact us for a quote.

Orders received before 1300 each day are shipped that day. If you have requested first class post then it should be with you the next day, but once we’ve posted the package this is outside our control and cannot be guaranteed.

If it is important then we suggest you select Special Delivery which does guarantee next day delivery by 1300 or 0900 (for a higher price).

Goods remain our property until delivered to the shipping address and paid for in full.

We aim to ship pretty much anywhere in the world. If your country is not listed, please contact us via the site and we’ll see what we can do for you.

Out of stock items

This is a most unlikely event as we do not advertise for sale items that are out of stock. If it does happen then we will contact you to give you several options. Generally we will send the rest of the order immediately and the out of stock item as soon as it arrives (obviously we will not charge extra shipping for this!). You will also have the option of choosing another item or cancelling the order completely.
