All About Tea are importers, blenders and packers. We supply fine loose tea and teabags to retailers, cafes, restaurants, hotels, wholesalers and personal customers - direct from our factory and warehouse in Southsea (Portsmouth), UK. You can visit us if you want. We have a "Click and Collect" service: locals can place an order online and collect it when it's ready.

We look after personal customers too. You can order your teas from this website, or call us on 02392 750122 to place your order over the phone. Got some questions? Want some advice? Feel free to pick up the phone and ask our expert Tea Advisors. Delivery is inexpensive, and free for personal customers when your order comes to more than £35. If you want to try a new tea out for little cost, we have Taster Packs for £1 for most teas (a few are £2).

If you are not totally delighted with your tea, simply call us and ask us to refund your money. We will do so immediately and with no questions asked, except to ask what else you want us to do to rectify the situation. I give you my personal guarantee of this.
