China Congou is a naturally sweet, full-flavoured black tea with rich, complex flavour. The large, wiry leaf is visually attractive and has a rich, sweet aroma when dry. It brews to produce a golden, coppery liquor in the cup. It has good colour, strength and brightness, and a distinct floral fragrance.
To brew, put one rounded tsp of Cherry Flavoured Tea per person in a pot or Mug Infuser. Add fresh, boiling water. Brew for 3 mins and serve preferably without milk, though a little may be added if desired.
